Site Visit
Once we have been in contact, we will arrange a site visit at a date and time to suit yourself. At this stage we discuss your ideas and a range of products that can be used and survey the area you wish to transform.

Design & Quotation
Following our site visit we produce a design if needed and a bespoke quotation for each individual customer. Both Design work and quotation is often sent via email.

Book a start date
If you are happy to proceed with works, we will then discuss when you would like your project undertaken and secure your place within the diary. From securing your diary position to start date of works, samples of product are produced
